Pam Calvert is the author of children's book

Multiplying Menace.

Pam visited the Book Mark Library in 2006 for a book signing and to read her new book.  She started the program by sharing with the children how she became an author.  She conducted a really cool science experiment and then read her new book.  After the reading, Pam autographed copies of her book.  She brought refreshments "Menace Mix"--a trail mix that was inhaled right down to the last peanut, and "Palace Punch".  It was a wonderful time!  Pam and her family are now stationed in California.  We wish her the best in her writing career.  Check out her website at www.pamcalvert.com.

Diana Fitzgibbon is the author of the children's book

 Somewhere in Texas.

Diana came to read for Story Time during National Library Week in 2006.  Her book is bright and colorful and teaches children about Texas animals.  She brought mini books and coloring sheets for the children to take home.  A wonderful time was had by all who attended!  Diana lives in Del Rio, TX.  We look forward to her visiting the library again.  Please visit Diana's website at www.texasredhen.com.
